3 x 1.5 hr Intermediate/Advanced contemporary technique classes Monday 4th August Monday 11th August *** Tuesday 26th August (due to Bank Holiday)*** ** If you are a student or need financial support, please email us to access a concession rate. A dynamic, physical and musical technique class drawing from a range of techniques including Release, Limón and Cunningham. By booking all three of these sessions together you save £9 IRIE! dance theatre is a gorgeous large dance studio close to New Cross, New Cross Gate & Deptford stations Flying Low is a style created by David Zambrano which focuses on floor work and a specific system/practice to get you in and out of the ground efficiently, working with varying speeds, whilst always staying connected to the whole group. We will also work with some principles of Passing Through. You do not need to attend all the workshops, but there will be a sense of progression for those building on experience. If you book this offer of all three together, there is a saving of £12 (Single workshops are £20) Notes: - Ensure your legs and shoulders are covered (you might prefer a long sleeved top).
