WEEKLIES - CONTEMPORARY : Drop-in class

Service Description

An intermediate/advanced drop-in class for those adult learners who wish to keep strengthening and honing their contemporary technique, as well as moving with pleasure. Either Beatrice or Orley or a guest teacher will lead the session. The classes will be a high-level, fast-paced, dynamic class. According to each teacher the session will draw upon release, Limón, Graham and Cunningham techniques, and will include alignment, floor and travelling work to great music. Whilst the teachers have their own approaches, all of the sessions will focus on physicality, embodiment, quality, musicality and technical clarity.
